Wow!! Where to begin?! I was days away from signing my mortgage with LMCU when I finally listened to that inner voice telling me to shop around. I reached out to Lucas and within 24 hours, he had options for mortgages lined up. He never pressured me into a decision and offered all of his information upfront with no obligations. He found a unique doctor loan for us as first time homebuyers and me being a nurse. It allowed us to put 0% down on the house, no pmi, and it came out to a lower monthly payment than the mortgage through LMCU. It was a no brainer and too good to be true! We actually walked out of closing with a check made out to us! He was transparent with every little detail and answered questions any time we had them. He got us locked in to a great rate, and along with the rest of mitten mortgage, got us into our first house. Something we didn’t think would happen for several more years. He’s a blessing to our family in many ways and we are very thankful for him!
