Alex Kolpacke

I have a passion for real estate and have a desire to help others save money and make money; making the mortgage industry a clear opportunity. I have been a close friend of Mitten Mortgage Lending since it began in 2018 and am joining a team of dedicated individuals who share a similar goal- Simplify the process, Provide the best customer service and Save homebuyers money. It is my core belief that how you do anything is how you do everything. I hope my experience in real estate investing will help you into either your 1st home, 5th rental property or 20th refinance, all while keeping your financial goals as my top priority. 

I graduated from Detroit Catholic Central High School and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Detroit Mercy, where I also founded the first men’s club hockey program. I worked in Psychiatry and Pharmaceuticals before starting small businesses in nutritional supplements and indoor golf simulators. 

My wife Erin and I welcomed a daughter into our family in August 2021. We, along with our Chinese Shar Pei Ginny, are enjoying the everyday excitement a toddler brings! Outside of work and family, I enjoy golfing and have a small, maybe large, obsession with UTVs; making the Silver Lake Sand Dunes and competitive sand drag racing my favorite hobbies.
