He remained responsive, handled the hurdles as they came up, and ultimately got the loan across the finish line. While the process wasn’t easy, I appreciate the effort and persistence it took to make it happen.

I recently bought a house and Lucas Vanderbosch helped me through the whole process. It was my first home so I didn't have a whole lot of knowledge of the process of buying a home. Lucas was hands on the whole time. Lucas is very knowledgeable of his job and was great at communicating what needed to be done, and he did it in a timely manner. I would recommend Lucas to anyone if you're looking to buy a house. He was professional, kind, and not pushy. He made the whole process for me so much easier. If buying a house I would definitely look into using mitten mortgage company. I was also assisted by Jamie in which helped with the Underwriting of the loan process. She was very friendly and professional as well. They were on top of everything, ever step of the way. 😁

Looking back on it, it feels like the whole process went so fast - partially due to Lucas fast response times and diligence in getting us cleared to close so quick. Highly recommend working with Lucas.

I was able to ask them anything at any time, and they were both more than willing to help me with questions about my loan without hesitation. Wow!! Where to begin?! I was days away from signing my mortgage with LMCU when I finally listened to that inner voice telling me to shop around. I reached out to Lucas and within 24 hours, he had options for mortgages lined up. He never pressured me into a decision and offered all of his information upfront with no obligations. He found a unique doctor loan for us as first time homebuyers and me being a nurse. It allowed us to put 0% down on the house, no pmi, and it came out to a lower monthly payment than the mortgage through LMCU. It was a no brainer and too good to be true! We actually walked out of closing with a check made out to us! He was transparent with every little detail and answered questions any time we had them. He got us locked in to a great rate, and along with the rest of mitten mortgage, got us into our first house. Something we didn’t think would happen for several more years. He’s a blessing to our family in many ways and we are very thankful for him!

We have bought 6 homes in the past ten years and no other shop has come close to the level of service as Mitten. Extremely well versed in all things real estate, constantly available and communicative around the clock, best rate I could find in town (I work for a bank) and constantly going above and beyond to ensure all things are prepped to close. Would highly recommend. Thanks Katie and Chris.
